Custom Tours

• Reservations are required for Custom Tours and must be secured with a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
• Atlantic Explorers will confirm your reservation by regular mail.

Online Reservations

• You can request a reservation using our online form.

Custom Tours

• If you wish to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to trip departure, a refund will be issued for the full amount less a $50.00 administration fee.
• If you wish to cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to trip departure, a full refund will be issued if you or Atlantic Explorers can fill the vacancy. If the vacancy is not filled, a 30% refund will be offered.

In the event that Atlantic Explorers must cancel a trip, a full refund will be issued.
